How does it work?

Acupuncture works by utilizing very fine, sterile needles to stimulate the patient's own energy at specific points located along energy pathways called meridians. These meridians run throughout the body, connecting deep inside with various organs and linking different parts of the body together. It's important to note that the needle may be inserted at a different location along the meridian rather than directly at the site of the pain. This approach helps restore balance and promote healing.

What results can be expected?

Results can vary from person to person, and the healing process may differ depending on the duration and severity of the problem. On average, most individuals notice a noticeable improvement in their condition after receiving 4-6 treatments.

However, some longstanding issues may require more time to heal, while others may experience significant improvement even after the first treatment.

Your response to treatment will be evaluated on an individual basis, and your acupuncturist will work closely with you to develop an appropriate treatment plan to address your specific goals and needs.
